How to love being an introvert is about realizing your energy is bathed in your own truth, it’s vibrant, alive, and magnetic attracting the world to you – no words needed! The End! No, I’m serious. It is all about energy flow, and when you operate from your truth, you have the power to change cultures, start a movement, and move mountains; think Michael Jackson, Daniel Day Lews, J. K. Rowling, Elon Musk…
Have you ever met someone and been drawn to them like a magnet? It’s their Divinely inspired energy, their positive frequency. We all have it. And the funny thing is many introverts can say a few words, and BAM, you just love being around them! Ahh, the power of spiritual personality typing and your unique introvert energies.
I’m being transparent here. I’m an extrovert! Yes, I’m the person you want to run from. 🤪 You probably don’t know this about me, but I’m an ENTP. I see myself as the Inquisitor living in a dual world of introversion (49%) and extroversion (51%). I share this because it’s foundational to what I believe is true. Divine intelligence gift us with specific personalities to share our genius with the world, purpose, passion, and true essence.
“You are like an ocean: quietly ebbing and flowing to the rhythm of life, but wildly expansive and profoundly powerful. You are boundless. You are whole. Your quietness is your strength. Your depth is your advantage.” ― Aletheia Luna, The Power Of Solitude

Love Being an Introvert or Continue to Believe in False Narratives
I believe our personality types were assigned to support the many challenges we’ll experience in this lifetime. Also, I think that our personalities support our soul’s evolution. My passion and purpose are to help you realize a new paradigm in personality typing; personality typing with a spiritual understanding.
Of course, Divine intelligence knew I would need to experience being in the world using both introvert and extrovert traits. The Divine is never random, so my personality is ideal for my soul’s mission and evolution here on earth. YOURS IS TOO!
I’d be arrogant to think I know what your world looks like as an introvert because it’s your world. Made up of childhood stories, life experiences, challenging and loving relationships… Even your family members who are introverted, who say they understand your would, will never truly understand you. You are the only one who knows your absolute TRUTH!
Please know we are all created from a Divine light love. As pop spiritualists say, “spiritual beings having a human experience.”
Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes. –– Carl Jung, psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, and the founder of analytical psychology
Love Yourself as an Introvert and Own Your Truth
So let’s get back to the question. So how do you, as an extrovert, own your truth? It’s through observation and awareness of your energies. If you feel good about an outer world experience, your energy lets you know, as you feel vibrant and alive –– a truth-based energy. When the energy is hesitant, and you feel off –– you are headed into fear-based energy. Since the outer world is more challenging for you as an introvert, know you’ll need to be keenly aligned with your truth to take the right actions. Remember, your body talks and will let you know from an inner place if you’re headed in the right direction.
Can you begin to see once you realize the truth of who you really are, you become clear-headed, confident, and courageous. NOBODY knocks you off your game because you own your greatness. You’re playing a winners game!
Love Your Intovertedness is Electric Because it’s Truthful!
Have you felt this before? You know the feeling you get when you step into your true self. It’s electric. Why? Because you’ve aligned to your soul, which expresses through your personality. That’s when you’ve clicked into this union of the soul SELF (beingness) and your humanness – the best version of YOU.
Everything comes together seamlessly.
You know the right words, when to pivot, and how to make the best decisions for you. When to speak up, when to say yes, and when to walk away. And you don’t need to judge anymore because you understand you’re Divinely led, full of passion and purpose all your OWN.
Let’s Stop Stereotyping Introverts. –– Nina Zapala, Founder; Spiritual Personality Typing. ©️
Rise Above Stereotyping and Be the Introvert Who Owns Their Truth and Loves Who They Are
I took an online quiz to see if my hunches were right. The results typed me as an introvert, which didn’t surprise me since my type is pretty much 50/50 on the introvert/extrovert scale.
What did surprise me was what the results stated, introverts prefer deeper relationships while extroverts prefer more superficial ones.
WHAT-THE-WHAT! This statement made me sad, and I’m afraid I strongly disagree. While extroverts make friends easier, it’s innate to their true SELF; I believe they also desire deep and fulfilling relationships. Don’t we all, OK, maybe not all of us but to stereotype 50% of the population is bullshit.
Propaganda drives fear and, if often baseless, puncturing our society with false beliefs, separating us, using politics, gender, race, the Internet, and even personality typing. I believe stereotyping personality types memes are hurtful and untrue.
Both classroom, field studies, and research show some introverts have a tough time being in the world. The world is loud, chaotic, busy, and overwhelming. So no, I’m not saying I know what this feels like to be you. But, I do know, Divine intelligence created you to share your gifts with the world, gifts found only within the true SELF. Nobody can ever take your inherent genius away from you. NOBODY. So don’t let them!
You Don’t Always Need Words?
People are attracted to your energy, the vibrant, imaginative, reflective, intelligent you! And honestly, I think words have been so maligned to fit agendas that they don’t reflect their ancient heritage.
Think about it most people, I include myself here, don’t express themselves intentionally from the truth. We flounder and flop and faux-pas our way through conversations. So ask yourself ––words, what’s the big deal!
OK, words are essential, but how often do you find yourself leaning into a conversation where big pauses lead to profound thoughts. In the Western world, we prize go-getters. So often, go-getters come across as expressive, high-energy, fast-talking folks who are quick with a response, in a nutshell, a stereotyped extrovert. But let me ask you, is the response profound or thought-provoking, or is it a rehash from a news source, a pop culture icon, or …
Here we go again. We are categorizing people in most cases to market a product or a service. It’s sublime messaging shaming. Don’t you want to be a go-getter? And even worse, the underlying message hints if you’re not a go-getter, you must be a failure, flop, loser, disappointment, or a deadbeat. You get the idea.
IT’S UNTRUE!
Overwhelmed is about you not being up to speed with what you told the Universe that you want. The Universe is yielding to you. You’re just not ready to receive it right now. –– the trustworthy source of the Laws of Manifestation, Abraham Hicks
To Being an Introvert and Owning Your Truth
OK, I want to be clear about what I speak of here. When I say how to be an introvert and own your truth, I’m not talking from an ego-bravado sense. I’m speaking from your true SELF, a powerful, passionate, purposeful person centered on who they really are. A person who can accept attention, praise, and recognition because they ooze passion, excitement, and joy.
I believe as introverts; listening is one of your SUPERPOWERS. However, to be a good listener, you need focused energy. Please do this for a few hours, and it’s exhausting. Agree?
The quote above is also interesting to examine. So often, I witness introverts believing: I’m not good at sales, or I’m afraid people won’t understand my book, paintings, ceramic work, or whatever glorious art endeavor you dream of putting out in the world. It is harder for most introverts to extrovert their work in the world. It’s often because of a perfection trait innate in many introverts. No judgment. It just is.
Here’s the thing, if you’re relying on a balanced, healthy, and Divinely Inspired personality type, which is in sync with your soul intentions, you will extravert your work in the world through your true SELF. It can never be wrong! It’s your Divine calling. Please understand this deep in your heart. #lightswitchmoment
The passage of truth comes at us with a powerful momentum because it is clear and unimpeded, and so, where we sense the rush of truth is where we must give our all. –– Mark Nepo, The Book of Awakening
